In each episode, three professional pastry chefs face a challenge that combines gastronomy and entrepreneurship. After all, in addition to flavor and appearance, price also makes a difference in consumers’ decisions when buying a sweet treat. The participants will also have the help of mentors and judges Lucas Corazza, Michele Crispim and Roberto Strongoli. In addition to recipes, they will have to think about cost control, pricing and revenue to outperform the competition and make more profit.
